The United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) is the principal global intergovernmental body exclusively dedicated to the promotion of gender equality and the empowerment of women. We participate in the CSW every year by submitting a statement to address the Commission and by sending a delegation of our members to engage with the international community on issues of gender equality.

CFUW retains special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
